Ancient wisdom is, then it is forgotten and finally rediscovered, to be forgotten again. These 3 beliefs/ conclusions/ attitudes might seem simple and straightforward in theory, but how many are you truly implementing in your day-to-day life? Use them to learn how to be more positive.
You are only responsible for yourself
Clearly, if you have a child or a dog you should feed them. Provide shelter and love. This goes more for the “I want to change the world!” type people. You cannot change the world if you don’t change yourself. Although Ghandi said it beautifully, some people still don’t understand that a better version of yourself will help hundreds or even thousands of people. We are all connected and if you make a change in yourself it ripples through everyone. Imagine, if you were emotionally free, untriggered, with your trauma integrated and healed. What a world that would be.
My abundance does not decrease others’ abundance
We have been raped with this idea that shining our light will decrease the light of others. Quite the opposite. The more you shine, the more you give permission to others to shine. Same with material possessions, knowledge, anything really. You have to believe you are worthy and not be afraid of what people think of you. You have to know how to think positively, to attract any type of abundance. Yes, some people will hate you once you are successful because they do not permit themselves to do the same. At the same time, you are providing them with a wonderful opportunity to reframe their triggers. Abundance only grows more abundance.
Investigate where are you shying away from the spotlight in order to keep the peace.
Life is easy
Yes, life can be hard. If you make it so. But if you follow a few core principles life should inherently be joyful, healthy, fun, rich, full of love. There is a trap here. I am not saying never do anything hard again. But if you choose the hard things and believe that things can come easily to you, that is a way better starting point than per aspera ad astra.
Basically – life is going to be complicated enough as it is. Try to remove any limiting beliefs that make it harder than it is. That is, look for people to who(m?) things come effortlessly and try to emulate that. In conclusion, one: don’t make it harder than it is. Two: don’t block yourself from pleasure/ opportunity/ wealth/ happiness because it is too easy.
Work smart > word hard. Don’t hustle, flow.
