A great way to reset yourself if you are stuck is through cold showers. During my worst depression, I was able to pull myself out of my head (inaction) and into my body (action) was through cold showers. Wim Hof is obviously the expert on this cold therapy, so you can check out his work if you’d like. I just challenge you to take 30 second (really) cold showers and see how you feel after a week.
