Hi, I'm masha

For a person in who commits to personal growth, it might seem that at one point it has to stop. That at one point we reach a point in development where we no longer need to improve. That is what I was hoping for at least.

That at one point I could stop going to the gym. Doing my spiritual practices. That I would reach a perfect state where I would not longer have to put in the effort and everything would work.

But what I’ve realised is that there is no stage like that. At least not in this life. We have to keep levelling up. Reaching new stages we didn’t know were possible, learning new things and materialising them. Keep working out, meeting new people, creating new projects.

Because the Universal Flow keeps going through us and if we try to resists (due to laziness, fear, arrogance) we will manifest deformities. Disease physical and mental. Because we are part of a large whole and if we don’t do our part, the system tries to nudge us into doing it. Like a loving parent or teacher.

If we were meant to be stagnant, we would be dead.

Because it’s easy to get cozy and comfortable in our little familiar container of friends, work, and ideas. It’s easy to think, “This is it, I’ve arrived,” when you’re doing better than you’ve ever done before. And it’s great to appreciate that, as I am in no way encouraging destination anxiety. However, just make sure that after you’re comfortable for a while, you start growing again. But don’t worry if you don’t.

Because if we don’t listen, the nudges from the Universe get louder and louder. It starts with a nudge, then a strong suggestion and then a catastrophe that is strong enough to change us. But it is better to just listen to your inner voice from the beginning, commit to personal growth, and have the courage to follow your dream.

That’s why I think staying in flow is the most important thing we can do. The flow will guide us where we need to go. But to hear the flow and flow with the flow we need to remove conditioning, false beliefs, weak character and become who we are meant to be. The person who can match the Universal challenge that was prescribed.
