Hi, I'm masha

Beliefs are like computer programs that run your life. They can be up-to-date and very beneficial or they can be corrupted. You ant anything and everything found in your mind to help you work more efficiently. However, sometimes our beliefs are so deeply ingrained into who we are it is hard for us to acknowledge them. The following exercise will make it a little easier to remove your mental blocks.

I will share with you a wonderful exercise I learned from Lisa Nichols. Its purpose is to identify false mental beliefs and change them.

Step 1

Take out a piece of paper and a pencil. Choose an area of your life that you would like to improve (self-image, relationship, finances). Write down all the false beliefs you have in that area. For example, “I am unlovable.” “I will never be financially successful.” “Nobody loves me.” Make sure you leave 2-3 lines of space after each point. Keep going for as long as you need. Take a few days off away from your list.

Step 2

Take the same list and a red ball-pen. Read over your list. Now call onto your higher self. Write down below each belief a true belief. For example, “I am lovable.” “I will be financially successful.” “Many people love me,” or whatever rings true for you. Free write. Take a few days off away from your list.

Step 3

Re-read your list. Evaluate. Now take an erased and rub out what you wrote in pencil. You should feel your mental blocks leaving you. Feel into the new energy.

This is such a powerful exercise. Try it for yourself and let me know how it goes. You can repeat for any area of your life and do it as many times as you’d like.
