The fear of not being good enough is at the root and base of all control, insecurities, doubt, unhappiness.

Do you think you are good enough to be an author?
Do you think you are good enough to charge a lot of money?
Do you think you are good enough to have your own blog and a popular Instagram page?
Do you think you are a good enough mother?
Do you think you are good enough for someone to love you?

Stings, doesn’t it. However, the sooner we can face this belief, the sooner our life will change for the better. But the more we avoid it, the more these beliefs hide in our crevices and suffocate the life out of us.

Maybe you were an A student and are at a greater risk of catching maladaptive perfectionism. Additionally, you maybe currently thinking, “I will never be good enough.”

If you can breathe, you are good enough

You are good enough by default. You are golden light that remains unchanged no matter who is looking at it, what is going on, what you have done. Your inherent value never changes.

Now, people’s perception of you, you skills at tennis, you communication abilities, your sense of style, your fitness levels, your looks etc etc etc are all changeable.

Moreover, they vary day to day, month to month. They can be learned, unlearned, forgotten, fixed. Have you ever met or seen who completely changed their style, attitude and finances? They look better, feel better and are probably treated better by others, but inherently, at soul level, they are still the same person.

Your worth always stays the same. Our life, looks, and skills, on the other hand, depend on strategies. There are different strategies you can employ, but this gives you ACTION. The thought of not being good enough can be cured because there are ACTION STEPS YOU CAN TAKE TODAY to transform your mind, beliefs, feelings, looks, finances, house, friends, relationships, popularity, etc. Now find those steps from people who have done it before.

And never, ever doubt your fucking worth again.

Because only you can give yourself that approval. No amount of money, nice clothes, good people will help if you think you are flawed. There is no magic pill, there is only a decision. I love myself. I am worthy. All that happened to me, happened to me. I am a free person to make my own decisions and become who I’ve always wanted to be.
